Harper Broom is a well-regarded firm of Chartered Accountants, providing a first-class service to our clients. Our staff reflect upon our image, and so we look to recruit people who can deliver that first-class level of service.
Our staff receive on-the-job training, the opportunity to study for professional qualifications and the help and support necessary for starting a professional career.
When looking to recruit, we carefully consider peoples' personal qualities as well as their academic or career achievements: our ideal candidates are personable, professional and enthusiastic with common sense and a good sense of humour.
Trainee accountants enrolled on one of our training contracts have the opportunity to study for the prestigious ACA professional qualification. We provide on-the-job experience across a variety of roles as well as structured training in preparation for the professional exams and financial support for exam fees and study materials.
We also offer our staff training towards qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians, the Association of Tax Technicians and as a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
We support our staff in further developing their skills and knowledge, post-qualification, by providing internal and external training courses.
We advertise vacancies under the 'Current Vacancies' section below. Although we are not always able to offer vacancies, we are interested in receiving enquiries from potential recruits. Please e-mail your CV to Fiona Masterman-Smith.
